Our 100% Tuition-Free Scholarship Programme was born out of TecSkills’ vision to empower African youth with practical, in-demand skills that create real economic opportunities. We believe access to quality education should not be limited by financial barriers.

This initiative reflects the same spirit of youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and capacity building championed across Africa by the Tony Elumelu Foundation (TEF), supported by UBA. In alignment with this vision, TecSkills is proud to be an endorsed TEF Entrepreneur, committed to developing talent, fostering innovation, and enabling sustainable growth.

Through this scholarship, beneficiaries gain access to industry-relevant training, hands-on learning, and mentorship designed to prepare them for the modern workplace and entrepreneurial success.
